Within a kofta kebab, the kofta is placed on a skewer and grilled along with garlic, onion, and a whole host of other spices and herbs for flavor.  The pastry is soaked in milk and sugar and then baked in an oven just before getting garnished with chopped nuts, shredded coconut, raisins, and
